Kalalau Heiau Sunrise

The morning sun illuminates the cliffs overlooking Kalalau beach on Kaua’i. A profuse growth of naupaka kahakai (scaevola sericea), an indigenous shrub, grows at the entrance of the heiau overlooking the shoreline.
